Customers may request a return within the applicable legal period after delivery. For EU consumer orders, online buyers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period.
How to request a return
Email contact@elythera-investments.com with your name, order number, the product you are returning, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided with your order.
Return shipping
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. These return costs are not reimbursed. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
Condition
Handle goods only as needed to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
Refund
After the returned goods arrive back with us, we refund the product price, and any original standard delivery charge that applicable consumer law requires us to refund, using the original payment method within 14 days.
