Right of Withdrawal

Cooling-off period

For EU online consumer sales, buyers generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, usually starting from delivery of goods.

How to withdraw

To withdraw, email contact@elythera-investments.com with your name, order number, the product you are returning, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided with your order. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days.

Return costs

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. These return costs are not reimbursed. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Refund timing

After the returned goods arrive back with us, we refund the product price, and any original standard delivery charge that applicable consumer law requires us to refund, using the original payment method within 14 days.

Sourcing service fee

For a separately stated sourcing service, you expressly request that work begin immediately. If you withdraw after sourcing has started, we may retain only the proportionate amount for sourcing work already performed, where permitted by applicable law. This does not remove your statutory rights regarding the physical product.

Product condition

Handle goods only as needed to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
