Right of Withdrawal

Cooling-off period

For eligible EU distance sales, consumers generally have 14 days from the day they receive the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. This is separate from your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described; those cases are handled through our Returns & Order Problems page.

How to withdraw

Email games@elythera-investments.com before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, order number, the goods concerned, and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Use suitable protective packaging, a tracked service, and keep proof of postage. This customer-paid return rule does not apply where ElytheraGames is legally responsible for a non-conforming item.

Refund timing and delivery charges

If you withdraw from the entire eligible order, we refund the product payments and, where required by law, the amount charged for our least expensive standard outbound delivery method. This does not mean that we pay the postage for sending a change-of-mind return back to us: you bear that return cost as explained above. Any additional amount paid for express or another premium delivery service is not refunded. We make the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Japanese sourcing service

For every product marked Japanese sourced, 10% of the displayed item price is allocated to the sourcing service and the remaining 90% to the goods. It is not an extra fee and does not increase the displayed total. Sourcing starts only after payment; a custom request also requires acceptance of the quote and payment of its invoice. At purchase, you expressly request performance after payment before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw before sourcing work begins, the sourcing allocation is refunded. If you withdraw after work begins but before it is fully performed, only the amount proportionate to work already performed may be retained where permitted by law. Once the sourcing service for an item has been fully performed, the 10% allocation for that item may be non-refundable where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the withdrawal right for the completed service would be lost. Your separate withdrawal and statutory rights concerning the physical goods remain unaffected.

Inspecting the goods

You may inspect goods as you could reasonably do in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Opening factory-sealed trading-card products or removing protective seals can substantially reduce collectible value.
