Products and availability

Product images, prices, stock, grading, condition, language, and release dates should be checked carefully. Availability can change until an order is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable charges are shown before checkout is completed. Preorders and Japanese-sourced products must be paid in full before stock is ordered from a supplier. Payment is subject to Shopify's and the payment provider's authorization and fraud-review controls. We may pause sourcing while payment or fraud review remains unresolved.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes are subject to their stated minimum purchase, product eligibility, customer eligibility, usage limit, combination rules, and validity period. The confirmed-newsletter welcome offer gives €5 off an eligible order of at least €75, is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other discounts, and does not reduce shipping charges.

Preorder allocation

If the distributor confirms an allocation lower than the quantity ordered, ElytheraGames will notify affected customers and issue a full refund for the unfulfilled preorder quantity before the scheduled release or dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, shipping charges, tracking, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.

Japanese sourced products and included service

This section applies only to products expressly marked Japanese sourced and to custom products accepted through our Japanese sourcing service; it does not apply to products held in local stock. For each applicable item, 90% of the displayed or quoted item price is allocated to the goods and 10% to the sourcing service, within the total price shown. Sourcing begins only after payment; custom requests require acceptance of the quote and payment of its invoice. Submitting a request alone does not authorize sourcing or create an order. At purchase, the customer expressly requests performance after payment before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that, once the service is fully performed, the right to withdraw from that completed service may be lost. Before work begins the service allocation is refundable. If withdrawal occurs after work starts but before completion, only a proportionate amount for work performed may be retained where permitted by law. Once fully performed, the 10% service allocation may be non-refundable where the required consent and acknowledgment were given. Rights relating to the physical goods, including statutory remedies for non-conforming goods, are unaffected.

Returns and withdrawal

Eligible consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts. The procedure, deadlines, return costs, and refund process are set out in the Returns and Right of Withdrawal pages.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or other protections that apply under applicable law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies.
