Product images, prices, stock, grading, condition, language, and release dates should be checked carefully. Availability can change until an order is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable charges are shown before checkout is completed. Preorders must be paid in full when placed.

Preorder allocation

If the distributor confirms an allocation lower than the quantity ordered, ElytheraGames will notify affected customers and issue a full refund for the unfulfilled preorder quantity before the scheduled release or dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, shipping charges, tracking, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.

Returns and withdrawal
