Before your order arrives
Sourcing time is before dispatch; carrier delivery time comes afterwards. Express speeds up delivery, not sourcing. Locally stocked items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Every order is protectively packed and tracked.
High-value orders
Mandatory insurance adds €25 at €500–€699.99 or €30 at €700–€999.99, including orders with free postage. Thresholds use your item total after discounts.
