Payments are processed through our secure checkout. ElytheraGames does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
Order confirmation
An order confirmation is sent after the payment provider authorizes the payment and the order is accepted. A payment authorization alone does not guarantee availability where stock or distributor allocation remains unconfirmed.
Preorders
Preorders are paid in full when placed. If the distributor allocates fewer units than ordered, ElytheraGames refunds the unfulfilled quantity to the original payment method before the scheduled release or dispatch.
Currency and charges
The currency, product price, taxes where applicable, shipping charges, and any other mandatory charges are shown before the customer confirms payment. Banks or payment providers may apply their own fees or exchange rates.
